Nike's Alphafly 3 pairs a bold volt upper with black detailing across the Atomknit 3.0 knit in 'Volt Black', concentrating the dark tone on the Swoosh, heel and midsole edge. The platform beneath holds full-length ZoomX around dual forefoot Air Zoom units, tied together by a carbon Flyplate. No Alphafly before this one weighed less. An 8mm offset tips the foot forward through the stride, bringing the load onto the Air Zoom units rather than leaving it at the heel.
